After speaking with 4 different roofing companies, we chose Home Exteriors of Michigan. The sales rep Zach was beyond honest and thorough in his assessment of the condition of our roof. He was personable and very patient with regard to our questions and did not try to "scare" us into acting quickly and hiring him on the spot. He did not push/pressure a payment plan of any kind. He went into our attic (which entails dealing with blown-in insulation and an unpleasant army crawl to access the edges) and ultimately gave us a very, VERY reasonable price for the roof replacement. Please know we are not talking "bargain basement" pricing -- out of the three actual bids we received, we are fortunate that we called Home Exteriors. A shout-out to Alfredo and crew who worked hard to keep the surrounding landscape safe from damage and a huge THANK YOU to Brandon, co-owner, who made the final army crawl through the attic and produced real-time pictures of the much-needed state-of-the-art ventilation system installed by his crew.

Called Home Exteriors of Michigan when my roof started leaking. Brandon came out the next day and assessed the roof and told me exactly what was needed. He took the time to make a few minor repairs just in case it rained before they started. They were able to come out a few days later and replace my roof in one day!! From Brandon, to Ivan and his crew, they were professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. If you need your roof replaced, look no further. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all my projects going forward.
